Teaghlach’s March Winner!
Marie Matheson and Jonathan Strickland who planted 5 trees during March!
All of you who plated trees in March entered a draw to win a luxury Burns night food hamper packed with all sorts of tasty morsels from The Foodie Company. The Foodie Company’s Peter McLean kindly agreed to do the draw and picked out Marie Matheson and Jonathan Strickland from Atlanta, Georgia in the US as the lucky winners. Well done to you both and to Peter who now has to expand his market to the US!! Your Foodie Hamper will be winging its way to you soon.

Angus Crabbie attended the Prince’s May Day summit at Our Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh recently. The May Day Network is a group of companies committed to taking action on climate change. It provides a hub for businesses to share their experience in tackling the issue and to engage suppliers, customers and sector peers to do the same. Read more…

Angus appointed to the British Council’s Challenge Europe Team
Angus Crabbie has been appointed onto the British Council’s Challenge Europe Team to represent Scotland.
In 2008 the British Council launched the European element of its global climate programme; Challenge Europe. The Challenge Europe project is a three year project that aspires to make a definite and lasting impact on the climate change debate, and is ambitious in its aim to accelerate change to a low carbon future. In the summer of 2009 they are starting the second year of the project, with activity in 15 countries across Europe. Read more…
The Tree Amigos - Our Primary Schools Project is ‘Officially’ Launched!
Carbon Offset Scotland's primary schools community project was officially launched in January at Edinburgh Airport by Gordon Dewar - Managing Director of the Airport! Each of the schools will be working on five mini-projects and coming on a field trip to Teaghlach Wood! Read more…

Teaghlach Wood
It is now spring time in Scotland and the weather is typically indifferent! All good news for our trees. The first phase of Teaghlach Wood has come away brilliantly with most of the trees now in leaf. The Green Team is Growing…
Membership of Trees4Scotland continues to grow as more and more companies are seeing the benefits of adopting a greener approach.
