Hi [NAME],

Issue 7: August 2010 - Special Edition - Tales from the Mountain...

A note from Angus...(slightly longer than usual - apologies)

t4s

What a month - it seems like no time at all that I was telling you about an imminent trip to the States. That has now been and gone with great success and things are looking up for Trees4Scotland.

We have two main focuses to our organisation. The first is to work with as many businesses as possible the majority of who follow our model of planting trees for their customers - you can learn more by visiting www.trees4scotland.com/trees4business

The other focus for us is to drive orders through our website and this is where we have had an amazing level of support from the Scottish Clans and Societies across the world and particularly in the US.

The way we do things there really is no substitute to meeting in person and hence the fabulous opportunity to visit The Grandfather Mountain Highland Games in North Carolina.

As usual the trip went with a bit of a swing - as many of you who know me might expect!

Broadcast Interruption - Thanks Green Business Network!

Trees4Business is growing all the time

Our model of trees as incentives continues to attract more corporate support all the time. Increasingly our clients are taking advantage of positive client engagement by planting trees as incentives or rewards for business. Using our online certificate generator our customers can generate bespoke planting certificates for their clients.

Planting trees on an ongoing basis allows our customers to plant their very own sections or groves of Teaghlach Wood.

The following are some of our latest supporters and will give you a flavour for what our customers are doing:

t4sW L Sleigh Ltd - WL Sleigh is one of Scotland's original luxury chauffeur drive companies. They provide chauffeur-driven cars for airport transfers, corporate road shows, financial road shows, Scottish weddings, special occasions, golf tours and tailored sightseeing tours of Edinburgh and Scotland. They also plant trees to mitigate their environmental impact and encourage their customers to do likewise!

t4sThe Knight Residence - these luxury serviced apartments provide some of the best accommodation available in Edinburgh. Not only that but they have the greenest car park in Scotland as a portion of the car park fee goes to planting trees with Trees4Scotland!

t4sBrae Scotland - this recruitment company from Fife plant trees when they successfully place candidates with new employers - keep up the good work guys!

We have new clients coming on board on a weekly basis and we are also working with some charities to help support their fundraising efforts.

If any of you business people out there would like to learn more please drop Angus an email at gus@trees4scotland.com
