The famous Scottish weather came up trumps for the visits of our 10 schools to Teaghlach Wood. The field trip to plant trees is the finale for the environment project which has been a roaring success again this year with over 250 children taking part.

We have had lots of support from the guys at Scottish rugby so we pledged to plant trees for tries scored.

While he may not be a household name in Scotland Carl Peterson has been an ever present face on the US and Canadian Highland Games circuit for many years.
