Tree Offsets In the calculation of the number of trees required to offset the carbon emmissions, The Carbon Collective has used the estimation that on average one tree will offset 730kg of Carbon Dioxide during its full-lifetime of approximately 100 years. The Carbon Collective will ensure the correct number of trees is planted. Trees are 'planted' and not purchased and The Carbon Collective reserves the right to decide when the trees will be planted using best judgement to decide the best location and time of year for planting.
